“Very poor unfortunately - the website is misleading, it’s not a “delivery date”! The product hasn’t turned up (5 days later) and the customer service has been really disappointing. I ordered two deliveries to two different addresses in one order, so I can’t believe that “held up in the post” can be true, I think they were just dispatched late. I’ve shopped with Biscuiteers for a long time (since 2013) but they have clearly grown too quickly and now can’t keep up with how much they are selling (nor is their customer service in line with their brand image - “biscuit happiness managers” who give really meaningless and corporate responses). A shame.”
