“I ordered the biscuits as a gift for a friends 30th and it did not arrive on time. I understand that delivery is not always going to be on time, particularly in the current climate, but I don't think it's fair that it asks you to select a date for delivery and then doesn't honour that date. If the delivery is a standard 3-5 days, just label it as such. Overall, I also felt the standard of the product was underwhelming. For £25, I would have hoped for better presentation. One final comment...when opening the packaging, I found a couple of small black hairs. Not on the biscuits themselves thankfully, but on the packaging inside.”

I am really shocked to hear a complaint of this nature. I can assure you that we operate under the strictest hygiene practices. All of our bakers and Icers wear hairnets and aprons, and the kitchens are cleaned thoroughly each day. Our products go through a series of checks at every stage of their production and before being sent out, so I really do apologise that an error has been made here allowing this to happen.
This case will be flagged with our head of production and we will be taking this complaint extremely seriously. I can assure you this is not our usual standard or service and we would really like you to enjoy the Biscuiteers experience we aim to achieve and give to our customers.
