“The biscuits themselves were excellently crafted. However, I had the choice of delivery day and chose a Saturday and Royal Mail sent me on the Friday a text to say delivery would be next day between 8.09 - 12.09. On Saturday, nothing came. Again, next day, a text was sent from RM stating delivery out for Monday 8.30 - 12.30. It came. However, I presume Biscuiteers sent it out late as RM at London Central MC only received it 12.54 on the Saturday. Then Gatwick MC received it Sunday at 16.25. Disappointed it did'nt come on the day specified.”
