“Although the biscuits were well received, as the purchaser I was very disappointed that although ordered on 15/12 for delivery in London on 19/12, they did not arrive until 23rd. Your website warned about Royal Mail delivery delays but this was not a mail delay as I had a message from Biscuiteers on 22/12 saying they had been dispatched and they were duly delivered the following day. If I had been warned that your own production may be delayed I would have chosen a gift from elsewhere.”
