When she opened it and tried the biscuits we were both underwhelmed as the biscuits had no real flavour and were not ‘crisp’, also, whilst the icing was beautifully done it had no taste either. We are sorry to hear that you and your friend both were left feeling disappointed with the G&T biscuits you ordered.
We take every care throughout the biscuit-making process to ensure the taste and texture are of the highest standard. We also have rigorous checks in place to ensure the biscuits are at their freshest when they leave us. All of our biscuits are handmade and then hand-iced by our team on the premises and sent out from us directly. Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somewhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread.

“The biscuits and gift are lovely but the experience as a whole was a disappointment. The gift was delivered the day after I asked for it to be, and when I asked on Twitter why this was, I received no reply. This customer service is poor. The products are amazing but you need to up your game with the service levels. I've used you several times and this is not acceptable when I'm spending so much money for a superior gift.”

We do say with our Royal Mail tracked service that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a chance it can be delivered the next working day after the date you select at checkout.
