“Biscuits were lovely and much appreciated. Delivery was delayed so they did not get their in time for her birthday. However this was sorted out quickly and the delivery charge refunded.”
“Lovely biscuits as ever but disappointed they didn’t arrive on the date website said they would. I understand post is slow at the minute but it would be better to put no definitive delivery date on orders rather than be disappointed when they didn’t arrive in time”

“I gave this letterbox biscuit box to a very lovely lady who turned 91. She is in lockdown so she deserved a nice surprise in the post! her daughter said she loved the biscuits and thought they were beautifully decorated and she loved that it was personalised. Mission accomplished! (her daughter thought the biscuits were lovely, too. In fact, she ordered some Biscuiteer biscuits to be delivered to a nephew for his birthday.”
