We do try to make it clear at checkout and on customer's order confirmation emails that with our Royal Mail delivery service 95% of deliveries will be made on your chosen date (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays), the remaining 5% will be delivered the following day. We do offer a courier nominated day delivery service which is guaranteed if you did need your order delivered on a specific date. Having tracked your order, I can see that the recipient did receive their gift so I hope they have enjoyed this. We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
