A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“A very well received gift . These were sent to a sporty , 12 year old girl during her first week at boarding school . They arrived quickly , looked just like the picture and the packaging was great too . The recipient was thrilled with them and said that they were delicious .”

“This is the third box of biscuits we have tried and they are very fresh and tasty (gluten free option included) and so beautifully and artfully decorated. They bring such joy to all recipients which is just what they have been intended for. So many lovely designs to choose from, none have disappointed and all have arrived at their destination within two days. i saw the Beatrix Potter biscuits were advertised in the Sunday Observer colour supplement - they have arrived! “The biscuit decoration and actual taste is lovely, and I do feel the service is a unique, quite fantastic gift idea. More personalisation options would great as the idea expands. EG my recipient was running a marathon in a pink tshirt- I would've paid to customise in this way. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, my running biscuits were broken and despite sending feedback via the your website in Friday, I have heard nothing. I do not consider broken biscuits value for money, and am very disappointed at being ignored by a company who seems to care- on the outside - about genuine feed back.”

Hi Emma, Thank you for your review. Our customer service team have checked their records and your email was responded to on Friday 27th May. It seems that the email response went to the correct address. It may be worth checking that the email hasn't fallen into your junk folder. The Biscuiteers
