I'm sorry to hear your discount codes do not seem to be working, all the terms and conditions of each promotional code we release are listed at the bottom of each mailer so it might be that the price threshold was not met or perhaps you were not logged into your Biscuiteers account, but I'm sorry this was the case. Regarding our customer service department, they have been particularly busy over the last few weeks so I'm sorry if they have been responding slower than usual, they do try to get back to customers usually within 24 hours or 48 if it is particularly busy.
