“I never received my order. I tried to contact the company by phone but no one would answer the call. I emailed explaining that it was important for me to receive this order as it was for a 90yr old who loves biscuits . After 2 days I got an email back telling me that it was never tracked so they couldn’t find out what happened to it and it was now out of stock so they just gave me a refund . I would have thought that if this really is a rare occurrence which they claim , then it would have been good customer service to send out something , even if they no longer had the penguins in stock . After all I had placed my order in good time to make sure I had a nice present and expected that it would arrive before Christmas . I’m not impressed with the lack of goodwill gesture. I doubt if I will use this company again .”
