“Quite beautiful - people are used to seeing printed icing on cakes & biscuits now, but the handmade touch is still undeniably special. Tasty too... although we've only had the snowflake so far, it's so hard to bring ourselves to break or bite into the artwork on the penguins. The only criticism is that the greetings card was evidently machine-generated and turned out not to be Unicode-compliant - i.e. the non-ASCII letters all appeared as square boxes, imagine instead of "Dear ____, Best wishes for _____" all they saw was "□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□□". Maybe the IT should be brought into 21C (and maybe QA could have briefly checked that)?”
