“Expired card processed by Biscuiteers. As on a deadline, resubmitted order with new card. Both orders processed, charged twice and when I got in touch - all the credit card company’s fault as no-one took responsibility for an identical order submitted within 5 minutes. Even more annoying that I bought another box and had the same problem so spent £100 not £50.”
