“The biscuits themselves looked amazing when I eventually received them however the customer service was dreadful.
I had placed my order on 4th Dec for delivery on 10th Dec.
My biscuits were not dispatched until 9th Dec which was much too late for delivery to Northern Ireland.
When I emailed customer service I received a reply simply quoting the delivery terms on the website. Also stating I did not request next day delivery. I pointed out that if the biscuits had been despatched even one day earlier they would have reached me in time.
There was a lukewarm apology for the late delivery but they were blaming the postal system rather than accepting that Biscuiteers were at fault for not posting them in time.
These were wedding biscuits for a couple who were going away for their wedding. So I will now have to present them with the " wedding day" biscuits a week or more after the wedding.
I would advise anyone purchasing from Biscuiteers to order for a date at least 3 or 4 days before the date you require them. Or perhaps shop elsewhere”
