“Unfortunately, despite a ‘phonecall to check and an email confirmation from Biscuiteers, the order I made was incorrectly fulfilled. I specifically asked for the biscuits to be iced MR and MR for my friends who have just got married and Biscuiteers still sent MR and MRS. Not acceptable. Not professional. Very disappointing.... and no reply to my email complaint.”

“I received Mrs & Mrs for my wedding anniversary rather than Mr & Mrs. The biscuits were late and tasted rather stale. Initially I was told that I had received what I ordered, it was then looked into further and admitted that the fault was on the ordering site. As the anniversary had passed I requested a refund but was told that I could only receive a credit note or replacement biscuits. Not great customer service at all.”
