“I’m a great fan of Biscuiteers . I placed my orders on the 8th November to arrive 21st December . I got a txt on 22nd December to say they were being posted out. So they were posted out after the arrival date. Needless to say they didn’t arrive for Christmas. This is not royal mails fault or Covid so please don’t blame them. You should have stopped taking orders when you weren’t able to fulfil ones placed at the beginning of November.”
