“The tin was packaged in the gift bag for delivery. Sadly I expect the box was bashed around and so on the journey, the tin ripped through the gift bag. This was disappointing as it meant that I had to contact customer services and ask for another bag to be delivered. Maybe if the tin was not placed in the gift bag, this problem would not occur.”
