A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I bought birthday jolly ginger for my very disabled 26 year old nephew who adores gingerbread men - the more ginger the better. It arrived through the post which he loved - he loved the box and he kept saying 'that's very kind of Aunty Clare' (me) whilst holding onto the birthday jolly ginger. The present was a total success - thank you”
