“Really disappointed. I sent this as an Easter gift to my sister and when she opened it one of the legs was broken off.
I have used Biscuiteers on several occasions and this is the first time I have been let down.
The biscuit tasted nice.”

Hi Carol, thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your order. I'm disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy the taste of your biscuits! We take every care throughout the biscuit-making process to ensure the taste and texture are of the highest standard. We also have rigorous checks in place to ensure the biscuits are at their freshest when they leave us. All of our biscuits are handmade and then hand-iced by our team on the premises and sent out from us directly. The biscuits are twice baked English style which means they have a shelf life of 5 months. If you would like to speak further about your order or we can be of assistance please do contact us on yum@biscuiteers.com. Best wishes, Biscuiteers x
“I sent this to my daughter and son-in-law instead of an Easter card. They said it was lovely and enjoyed eating it! It didn't last until Easter Sunday. Great fun.
Even the box was appreciated as my daughter has caught the 'colouring in' bug and she quickly coloured in the line drawings.
A good alternative to a card for not much more money.”
