A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

I sent the ginger grandad and ginger grandma to friends who had just become grandparents for the first time. I didn't see the biscuits but my friends were delighted. They said they laugh every time they look at them and that the biscuits were far too good to eat. Their pleasure was so genuine and the novelty factor was so great that I shall definitely be a repeat customer sending biscuits when occasion allows. What is more, they were really economical when compared to sending flowers, and less fattening than chocolates (especially if they don't get eaten!). Just the perfect gift :)
