A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“Recipient had mixed feelings. He said they were beautifully decorated and looked very attractive but, because they were shaped like ‘a gingerbread man’ he expected a good old ginger flavour. He found the taste disappointing.”

“I can’t tell you how well received these biscuits were. I do some charity work for cinnamon trust, which involves walking a very old dog for an elderly couple. Sadly they had to have him put to sleep last week so I sent these to cheer them up. The result was that they were rolling around in hysterics because they thought I had sent them naked gingerbread men!! To test whether anyone else thought this I sent some more to my grandparents with the same effect! So your biscuits have a lot of people a very good laugh this week :)”

“The gifts were very well received by the Grandparents, but we were all a bit embarrassed by Grandma’s lack of clothing, considering they cost the same, the Superman biscuit had a lot more icing and his dignity intact”
