“I ordered two biscuits to go to two separate addresses. One was fine and for that one I will happily give you five stars! However, the second one... I did not have a Post Code but it was a very straightforward domestic address in Leeds. Unbeknown to me your system decided to autofill the postcode with MY postcode!! So there was a Leeds address with a Doncaster postcode! When I received the email to confirm my order, I could see what your system had done so I emailed you instantly, within three minutes of placing my order. The following day I received an email from Biscuiteers saying they could do nothing at all!! I did not receive an email to say that my biscuit had arrived at either address and it certainly hasn't turned up at my house!! This was a sympathy biscuit and now the momentum is completely lost. I am very disappointed.”
“My gingerbread man was a present for my husband the package arrived so well protected along with my cat tin beautiful presentation.
I was a little disappointed with his size I feel for the price he should be bigger. Husband is a lover of anything gingerbread and he said needs more ginger in it and less sugar it was very sweet. He would not buy this again as he felt there are better artisan biscuits out there. Sorry but it’s a truthful review”
“Unfortunately although biscuits were dispatched on Friday I haven't received them yet, it is now Wednesday. Haven't tasted so can't comment on whether any good.”
