“Despite ordering in good time the biscuits a Halloween present arrived late. When I pointed this out to Biscuiters a member of the services ‘ Happiness’ team made scant apology saying I should have paid fir next day delivery - despite ordering 4 days before Halloween and the biscuits had arrived” - which they had, on Monday and therefore too late to be given as Halloween presents.
I ne won’t be ordering from Biscuiteers again”
“Sent these to my Grandchildren for Halloween, as we have been unable to see them due to the current Covid situation, they absolutely loved them. Needless to say they didn't last very long before they were devoured! Absolutely delicious, went down a treat.
