A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“Pumpkin Jolly Ginger arrived on time and my three year old grandson loved it. He thought it hilarious as he bit it's head off and after licking the orange icing he had it all over his face. It went down really well. The biscuit was well decorated and was a good size.”
