A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

We're sorry to hear you don't think there as nice as Betty's or Peggy Porsche's - I'm sure we each have our own unique recipe and our take on traditionally baked biscuits.
