“my order was placed but was unable to put in date required for depatch and when i contacted you shortly afterwards it was too late. Consequently the order arrived when nobody was at home and was unable to pick up from Post Office until yesterday. So was not of the quality it would have been if it had been delivered for the Anniversary required. I feel the date required for delivery was not clear enough on the order so I was very disappointed, as was the couple who received it - even thought it was a nice thought.”
