A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I ordered Champagne Charlie for my husband mainly as trial before considering a more expensive gift to friends. Although the least expensive item it was smaller than I expected but made a fun gift. I am not sure if I will send other items to friends as sizes are not given and it may be disappointing. However, next day service was brilliant and Champagne Charlie was well packaged.”

“I sent Champagne Charlie to my boyfriend as an extra birthday treat. Charlie arrived beautifully packaged and my boyfriend was delighted with the surprise and has been showing him off to friends and family. Charlie will be eaten! Eventually.”
