A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I sent this to my Dad after he received a diagnosis of lymphoma as he lives a long way away from me. He was absolutely delighted with it, and said it was so nice it brought a tear to his eyes. He hasn't eaten them yet, mind, as they were so gorgeous to look at he wanted to keep them a while (I also sent the nurse along to assist).”

“This was sent to a friend after an operation. It had the desired effect of cheering her up and she was absolutely delighted with it. This was my intention, hence the 5 stars. I can't comment on the taste, but I'm sure it will have been great, as I've purchased gifts before and have never had a bad comment about the biscuits.”
