A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I'm sure the cookie was good but I sent one to each of my cousins in the UK one said it was from someone named Sue and my name is Jill. My Shelah did know who it was from, my other cousin Iris doesn't have email so I don't even know if she received her cookie and if it said it was from me”
