A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“The recipient was delighted, a welcome source of joy at this time. She has, however, had to be persuaded to eat him! I'll be sending others to mark the changing seasons.”
