A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“These jolly gingers are just exquisite. Sent a green fingers ginger to my sister as she has been slaving in her veggie patch during lockdown and it looks spectacular. It made her cry so a great success. Excellent service and the box and packaging are also beautiful. Almost too good to eat (but she loved it). Thank you. Will be using all the time in the future.”
