A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“My mum loved it! She is shielding and has dementia. After 20 years she amazingly picked up knitting again, making lovely scarves. The biscuit was a perfect gift - put a smile on her face and she really enjoyed eating it. Thank you”

“Bought for a friend on the day of her Grandson's birth. She was looking after her Grand daughter on the day so deserved a treat with her cuppa. Prompt, contactless delivery and gift card making the surprise more personal, she loved the surprise. A joyful day with a delicious end.”
