“I ordered this, along with another four Jolly Gingers, on 8th November 2020, to be delivered directly to my children’s school on 18th December as presents for their teachers. I thought this would be a great contactless way to give gifts to the teachers in Covid times. Unfortunately none of them were delivered in time. I only received dispatch notifications from Biscuiteers on 23rd December for four of them, telling me they would be delivered on 18th Dec! Our schools closed on 22nd Dec and won’t reopen until 18th Jan at the earliest (due to lockdown), by which time the biscuits will probably be stale. I understand that companies are under increased pressure from huge numbers of orders this year, but I placed the order on 8th November! There’s no excuse for leaving it so late to fulfil the order. They cost me over £50 too. I am normally very happy with Biscuiteers’ quality and service so this has really disappointed me.”
