A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I received one of these biscuits as a gift a year ago and I loved not just the biscuit (obviously) but the packaging as well - being a bit of a design geek for this type of thing. So when I needed to send a letterbox sized gift of my own, I chose a Biscuiteers gingerbread queen. Which was much appreciated by the recipient.”
