A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste.

“Yummy apparently according to my husband for whom this was purchased as a Valentine. Followed by a very. He would recommend it as it wasn’t too hard or too soft as gingerbread goes (he considers himself a connoisseur on this matter)”
