“Completely disappointed by what I actually received as this what the item I did order 2 weeks prior to delivery but got sent a normal jolly ginger, received an answerphone message to which I left one in return hoping I would be able to speak to someone in person to receive silence. Also got promised a refund on the difference which never arrived. Wont be bothering to order from you again as your customer service is well below par”
