“The macarons were lovely however the delivery was delayed by 1 day. Royal Mail sent an email updating the delivery 24 hours later but by then I had already called you to seek clarification. The call wasn’t answered and I was directed to leave a message which I did. Sadly no one returned this call! Luckily the macarons arrived in time for my daughters birthday (as I had ordered them a day early just in case) but I am disappointed at the lack of response.”
