The message I wrote online when booked was cut short in the confirmation email and although I complained immediately the response received after the weekend stated nothing could be done!!!
If I ask the recipient it looks like I’m chasing a ‘Thank you’ and as she just returned from hospital I have no wish to pester - I just wanted to cheer and let her know I was thinking of her!
So very disappointed that the booking website let me type a message that was too long (I assume?) then cut it short without sender’s name!!!”
