Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

My husband loved his bike race biscuits; he's obsessed with cycling (& loves biscuits) so these were the perfect gift! I did hesitate due to the price, however the intricate detail & beautiful presentation made them well worthwhile. I would highly recommend them, they're delicious!
