“I'm sure the biscuits were alright and were gratefully received by the recipient who was not me! The package was addressed to me, at 82, but should have been addressed for my next door neighbour at 84! Royal Mail then made things worse by not trying to deliver to me, at 82, as addressed, or to my next door neighbour at 84 but to a neighbour a few doors away at 77! Fortunately the 77 neighbour guessed what had happened and delivered them to the correct person at 84!!! Not that impressive!!!”
