I am so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail!
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing a high number of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or holidays.
Again, I'm very sorry for the delay.
