“My daughter was absolutely delighted with her tin of Easter egg biscuits. With £24 postage, after she had shared them with her family, the ones she had cost £15 each!! But because she was so happy with them, I guess it was worth it, but too expensive to do very often. She said they were beautifully decorated and about the best she had ever tasted.”
“I found the photos very misleading. The biscuits are undoubtedly beautiful but somehow still underwhelm because they are so tiny and I wasn't expecting them to be so at nearly £4.00 a biscuit. They are nicely presented, but, again, the tin was just a box with paper stuck on to it, that was peeling off when it arrived. The biscuits are nice, but so markedly so that anyone thought them better than more reasonably priced equivalents.”

All our biscuits are lovingly baked and hand-iced by artists in London, and we consider them very much a luxury gift. We think that our prices reflect the products' uniqueness and hand-made quality.

“Bought the Easter selection as a gift and the recipients were thrilled!
They sent me a photograph, and if it’s even possible, they look better than on the website. So pretty.”
“Disappointing.
I purchased these for my mother who has been dying to try these for months but the look on her face when she finally got the opportunity to taste one told me everything before she had to.
The biscuits, though beautifully decorated, well presented, and wrapped safely are very much like those party ring biscuits from my childhood; sugary sweet with not enough substance. Nice to look at but not to eat.”
Thank you so much for your feedback.
I am so sorry to hear that the biscuits didn't taste as they should. This is so disappointing to hear!
A member of our customer services team will be in touch with you shortly regarding this.
Thank you and Kindest Regards, Biscuiteers x
