“Absolutely stunning presentation – both the biscuit tin and the incredible icing decoration. A really lovely Eid present for family from an aesthetic perspective. However, the taste of the biscuits was really disappointing. The icing was too thick, which overpowered the biscuit. But the biscuit itself was also rather dry and tasteless. All in all, I was sadly disappointed with the purchase as I had high hopes.”
“The product itself was very good, but I was disappointed in the delivery service. The product was an Eid celebration tin, but it was not available for delivery on the day of Eid itself - only before or afterwards. I paid extra to have it delivered the day before Eid (a Sunday), but despite having paid for named day delivery, it was delivered on a different, earlier day when the gift recipient was out (and even further away from Eid). If offering a product to celebrate a particular event, it seems quite important that the product can be delivered on or close to that day.”
