“The recipient was overjoyed to receive this unexpected gift. He though it was really cool and looked forward to eating his way through the biscuits, but possibly not the graduation certificate biscuit!
They were well presented and very carefully decorated.”
“The biscuits were fine but as I’d ordered two lots for my twins’ graduations to be sent to me I was unable to have two gift notes so I contacted Customer Services’ to ask if they could put a second one in with the order and this request was point blank refused and ironically the reply was signed by a ‘Customer Happiness Member’ . The reply also said to ‘not ‘hesitate to get back in touch’ if I had any further queries with this which I did. I never had a reply so didn’t feel very ‘happy’ at all.”
