“i have already contacted you about the delivery of the biscuits i ordered and having had no reply i am taking advantage of this "review" in the hope that someone will get back to me.
Having used your company several times I am hopeful that the contents would be satisfactory........ had I been in receipt of them, on time, having paid extra for that priviledge, and delivered to the correct address!! A complete failure as part of a 50th birthday present as the recipient had left the country by the time a stranger, at whose house thry had been left, brought them down to us.
Very disappointing.......I do hope someone contacts me !!!!”
