A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Sadly I must submit a negative review for my recent experiences with Biscuiteers Having bought many wonderful gifts for friends and family over several years, my recent experiences have left me disappointed and annoyed. The biscuits are a delight - wonderfully presented and tasty however I am left wondering if I will bother to purchase again. Order 1 was to be delivered to a dear friend on her 80th Birthday - I did not hear from her for a few days so called to see if she had received my gift, only to find that several days after her birthday a card had been left for her to go and collect the package from the sorting office - OK I put that down to delivery problems Order 2 was to be delivered to a grandson on his birthday last Monday 29th October - nothing arrived. On Wednesday 31st I called Biscuiteers to find out where the order was - it took an astonishing 8 phone calls over several hours before I got through to a person & not an answerphone. I was told the order had not even been sent out and she did not know why!! - no apology, just the offer to now send them out or refund my money. I opted for the order to be sent and my grandson finally received his gift on Thursday 4 days late and I still do not know why it was not sent. Very shabby customer service which is letting down a great product. My advice to anyone is to buy these great products but do not rely on them arriving when you want them too. It is awkward to ask if someone has received your gift when they did not know to expect one! and when there is no one answering the phone at Biscuiteers it is a frustration too far”

“I bought this for my youngest daughter who is a headteacher and never has a minute to practice her baking skills. This is at least the 6th time I have ordered from this marvellous company who really go the extra mile to ensure everything is just right. My daughter opened the tin when I was there and she was thrilled by the designs and beautiful looking biscuits. She adores the taste of these biscuits as she has had several different boxes from me.”
