“The tin was beautiful and the biscuits well decorated but they lacked flavour and any they did have was overridden by the extremely sweet icing. The concept is fab but it would be good to have flavoured biscuits eg lemon, almond, chocolate etc that the customer could choose from and possibly less icing”
“The biscuits and the presentation are stunning and make a great impact. Communication and delivery are also first rate. The only small point I would make is that the taste of the biscuits is a little bland, would maybe be better in ginger or lemon flavour. Other than that a really super gift, my husband (and most of his staff) loved them!”
“I have purchased a number of gifts and I am always amazed by the swift delivery of a quality product however my latest order fell well short of the normal standard. The biscuits arrived and the tin was bashed and over half of the contents broken. It was a valentines gift and I had no time to shop for another gift and so handed it over with an apology and a promise of something else to make up for the disappointment. On this occasion it's a thumbs down from me.”
