A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanila to give a warm, sweet taste.

My Grandson was thrilled to receive his Paddington Bear Biscuit Tin in the post. It was so nice to hear that he was smiling as he is so poorly, he wasn’t sure that he wanted to share them with his brother.
