“Unfortunately this order was not received in time for giving to the recipient, nor on the due date for delivery. We ordered well in advance to ensure a timely arrival but it was not met. We were unable to give it to my visiting mother in law for Mother’s Day. The tracking link on the website did not work and we were unable to have it redelivered.”
