Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

I ordered these as presents for my godchildren, selecting an advanced date for them to arrive on Halloween in two different UK towns. Both arrived on the right date and to much excitement. Beautifully presented, decorated and delicious to eat! Very happy recipients!

I am a regular customer but Biscuiteers really let me down badly over this order. It was for a special occasion and ordered in plenty of time, however, it didn't arrive. It was finally delivered three days after the requested date. I found the staff very unhelpful to my complaint and customer service poor. Whilst they have given me a whole £5 off my next order personally I would have liked to have been sent a few biscuits as I never buy them for myself and only have the feedback from folk I have bought them for. A little gesture like that would have helped a lot. I don't really feel inclined to buy from them again and I am sad about that as I was a very loyal customer.

I treated myself to this tin of Day of the Dead biscuits having been bought my first tin by a friend the night before I had my twins - 4 years ago. They are such a thing of beauty it seems a shame to eat them! I just wanted to stare at them! Not only do they look stunning, such workmanship gone into the aesthetics, but they are tasty too! Now I’m having to hide them from my twins to keep them for myself!! Wonderful treat and a truly memorable gift idea, thank you Biscuiteers. X

My friend was thrilled with her gift. She loved the look of them and she said they tasted fantastic. She also loved the tin and is already planning what she can use it for - once she’s eaten all the biscuits!

tin of biscuits were very well received, it was the delivery that let the whole biscuiteers experience down, having ordered them for my granddaughters birthday so she would be able to take them into school on 31/10, I was let down by delivery date 30/10 and they arrived whilst she was at school 31/10, a neighbour had to take them in as my daughter in law was at work. Biscuits apparently were lovely but delivery left a very sour taste in my mouth and I must admit would think twice about ordering from you again.
