“I would NEVER use this company again. They failed to deliver on time biscuits to my grandchildren in the USA even though I ordered two weeks in advance and was charged almost the same price as the biscuits themselves for delivery. Customer service were a complete waste of time, stating pretty much that delivery overseas was out of their control and it was up to me to try and track the problems with my package even though delivery address given was the correct one. NO BISCUITS ON HALLOWEEN for sure.”
